MajorDomo ExecutusMajorDomo's Attacks: Damage Shield: This shield is purple. When Majordomo casts tit, it is active on all of his attendants and has a duration of 10 seconds. This buff reflects 100 Arcane damage back at the attackers each time one of his attendants his hit with a melee attack. Magic Reflection: This shield is white. and is an attack which he alternates with Damage Shield. This buff gives his attendants a 50 percent chance to reflect magic attacks back to the attackers. It also has a 10 second duration. Aegis of Ragnaros: This is an instant cast spell healing Majordomo back to full health anytime he takes any damage, which makes it impossible to kill him. Teleport: There are actually two separate Teleport spells. In one, Majordomo Teleports a random player to the Firepit. In the other, he Teleports his primary target. With good fire resist gear and adequate health when Teleported, you can survive this attack. The Firepit also causes a random 1000-2000 Shadow Damage when you're Teleported, so make sure you get out as quickly as possible. Flamewalker Elite Attacks: Blast Wave: This is AoE attack which does a 760-890 points of fire damage to anyone in its path. It also reduces speed by as much as 50 percent for eight seconds. Fire Blast: This is a single target fire attack which does 1180-1450 damage. Fireball: This is a single target fire attack which does 1275-1725 points of damage. Flamewalker Healer Attacks: Shadow Shock: This is an instant cast AoE attack which causes 800 points of Shadow damage to those in its range. Shadow Bolt: This is a single target attack which does 1350-1650 Shadow damage. Majordomo Executus appears once all seven runes of the Firelord have been doused. He will be accompanied by four Flamewalker Elites and four Flamewalker Healers. You do not kill Majordomo during this fight; instead you kill his eight attendants. Once the last one dies, Executus surrenders, drops a chest of loot, and invites you to meet him in the center of Molten Core. To be successful you want to keep Majordomo engaged while the main raid party kills the Flamewalker Elites and the Flamewalker Healers. Be Flexible: Success in this fight depends on good communication and a flexible plan. Choose a Main Assistant (MA) for this fight. Their job is to call out targets and keep the raid group informed of unexpected events (like Healers breaking sheep and running amuck because their attending Mage has died). Tank Majordomo near the Firepit. This group should consist of the MT, a backup Tank (who will often be the target of the Teleport spell), and healing support. Four Mages should be assigned to the Flamewalker Healers. When the battle begins, each Mage pulls his target using Counterspell, then sheeps it and keeps it sheeped until it is killed. Mages need to keep Fire Ward and Mana Shield up during this entire time. It's also good to either have on Fire Resist gear and/or to use Fire Resist potions. Each time Polymorph is cast, the Mage should bandage, and resume tracking its target. If a Mage dies, a backup Mage should be ready to step in. Assign four Hunters to the four Flamewalker Elites, along with either four Warriors or Druids in bear form. Send in the person designated to pull (Hunter, Paladin, or Mage). Target the first Elite and attack with full DPS. When he's dead, repeat this with the second Elite. For the third and fourth Elite, take their health down to 20 percent, then have a Tank pull them aside and keep them occupied. Break the sheep on one Healer, pull him to the top of the ramp, and kill with full DPS attacks. Repeat with a second Healer. Return to the third and fourth Elites and finish killing them. Kill off the final two Healers with full DPS attacks. The reason to choose this strategy over killing four attendants immeiately, is because the healers can be sheeped until four attendants are dead, at which point they can no longer be sheeped. If that happens, you now have four full health adds on your hands, with a party that may well have suffered some deaths, and certainly has some members with marginal health. By leaving the third and fourth Elites alive, but with very marginal health, you can now kill them very quickly and turn to the Healers who are now being occupied since their Polymorph has broken permanently.
After Majordomo surrenders, you may leave the instance for 30 minutes without having him respawn. If the raid party needs to leave for any reason before engaging Ragnaros, leave at least one person inside. This prevents his respawning.
